WHO OWNS WHAT Electron India LLC owns this site and everything on it that is ours: the name Electron India, our logo and wordmark, the design and layout of these pages, our written copy, and our photography and video. Event artwork and artist photographs belong to the artists, labels and photographers who made them, and appear here with permission.

You may share links to our pages, and you may post our event artwork to tell people about a show. You may not use our name, logo or design to suggest we are behind an event that we are not, put on an event under our name, sell merchandise using our marks, or take our photography and video for your own commercial use.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO HERE Buy tickets using automated tools, scripts or bots, or get around the purchase limits on a tier — this is against federal law as well as these terms, and we void tickets bought that way. Scrape the site or its data. Probe, load-test or interfere with the site or its security. Resell access to anything here. Copy our pages to build a look-alike site. Submit anyone else's personal information through our forms.

WHAT YOU SEND US If you send us a message, a booking enquiry or a suggestion, we may act on it and we owe you nothing for it. Do not send us anything confidential through a contact form.

LINKS OUT We link to venues, artists, ticketing partners and social platforms. What happens on their sites is theirs, not ours.

ACCOUNTS Staff and promoter accounts are personal. Do not share your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has it. We can suspend an account that is being misused.

AVAILABILITY We try to keep the site up, particularly when tickets go on sale. We do not promise it will never go down, and we are not responsible for what a period of downtime costs you.

CHANGES We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.

LAW New York law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of New York.
