Version 3.0-draft · effective 9/9/2026
DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED BY A LAWYER. These terms are broader than the first draft and include liability and dispute clauses. Some of them may not be enforceable in New York as written. Do not sell tickets under this text until a lawyer has read it.
WHO WE ARE Tickets on this site are sold by Electron India LLC, a New York limited liability company. "We" and "us" mean Electron India LLC. "You" means the person buying or holding a ticket.
THE PRICE IS THE PRICE We do not charge booking fees, service fees or processing fees. The amount shown on the event page is the amount charged to your card. It does not change between the event page and checkout.
YOUR ORDER Placing an order holds your tickets for a short period while you pay. The sale is complete when payment clears and we issue your tickets. If payment does not complete in time, the hold is released and the tickets return to sale. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if it was placed in error, at the wrong price, or by automated means.
YOUR TICKET Each ticket carries a unique code and is valid for one admission. The first scan admits; any later scan of the same code is refused. Do not post your code publicly or send it to anyone you do not intend to admit — whoever presents it first gets in, and we cannot help you afterwards.
GETTING IN The age limit, door times and ID requirements for each event are stated on that event's page. Bring valid government-issued photo identification; photographs of an ID are not accepted. Everyone is searched at the door. Prohibited items typically include weapons, drugs, outside drink, professional cameras and recording equipment, and large bags — the venue's own list applies and may be stricter.
REFUSING OR REMOVING SOMEONE We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who cannot produce valid ID, is under the stated age, appears intoxicated or impaired, refuses the search, behaves in a way that puts other people at risk, or breaks the venue's rules. If you are refused entry or removed on any of those grounds, no refund is due.
RE-ENTRY Assume there is no re-entry once you leave. Where a venue does allow it, staff will say so at the door.
LINE-UPS, TIMES AND VENUES Line-ups, set times, room layouts and running order can change. Support acts changing, or set times moving, does not entitle you to a refund. If the advertised headline artist does not perform at all, or if we move the event to a different venue, our Refund Policy sets out what happens.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Read it before you buy.
RESALE Tickets are personal. Do not resell above face value and do not sell through any channel we have not named. Tickets found being resold in breach of this may be voided without refund.
TABLES AND RESERVATIONS Table and booth reservations are confirmed only when the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable inside the cancellation window stated at the time of booking. Any minimum spend is a minimum, not a credit: unused amounts are not refunded and do not transfer to another night.
CARD DISPUTES If something has gone wrong with your order, contact us first and give us a chance to fix it. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us costs us money and time on a problem we would usually have solved. We may refuse future sales to anyone who does this without contacting us.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY We photograph and film our events. By attending you accept that you may appear in that footage and that we may use it to promote our events. If you appear in something and want it taken down, contact us and we will consider the request in good faith.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT INSIDE Our events are loud, dark and crowded. There is amplified music at levels that can damage hearing over a long night, strobe and other lighting effects that may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy, smoke and haze effects, and crowds that move. Bring ear protection if you care about your hearing. If strobe lighting is a risk for you, check with us before buying.
YOUR BELONGINGS Look after your things. Neither we nor the venue is responsible for property that is lost, stolen or damaged, whether or not a coat check is provided.
THE VENUE IS NOT US Most of our events are at venues we do not own or operate. The venue sets and enforces its own conditions of entry, security arrangements, capacity and licensing rules, and those apply to you on top of these terms. We are responsible for the event we promote; the venue is responsible for the building and its operation.
THINGS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL We are not responsible for failing to put on an event because of something genuinely outside our control — severe weather, a public emergency, a government or licensing order, a venue closure we did not cause, industrial action, an artist's illness or travel failure, or similar. Where that happens, the Refund Policy applies.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU If we get something wrong, our responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us, and we are not responsible for other costs you incurred around the event — travel, hotels, time off work or similar. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. New York law restricts how far a business charging admission can limit its own liability, and nothing here is intended to go further than the law allows.
AUTOMATED BUYING Do not use bots, scripts or any automated tool to buy tickets, and do not get around the per-order limit on a tier by using multiple accounts, addresses or cards. Federal law prohibits circumventing a ticket seller's purchase limits and security measures. We cancel and refund orders we believe were placed this way, and we void the tickets.
OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT APPLY TO YOU These form part of your agreement with us and are all on this site: the Refund Policy, the Code of Conduct, the Privacy Policy, and — if you book one — the Table and Bottle Service Terms. Using the website itself is covered by our Website Terms of Use. Our Accessibility page says what we do and who to contact if something does not work for you.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version you accepted at checkout, and we keep a record of it. Changes do not apply retrospectively to tickets already bought.
IF PART OF THIS DOESN'T HOLD If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
LAW AND DISPUTES New York law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of New York.
