If you believe something on this site uses your copyrighted work without permission, tell us and we will look at it properly.

WHAT TO SEND Email us with: what the work is; where on this site it appears, with the page address; your name and how to reach you; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law; a statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature, electronic or physical.

WHAT WE DO We take down or disable access to anything that is properly the subject of a valid notice, and we tell whoever supplied it. If they believe it was a mistake they can send a counter-notice, and we will pass it on to you.

REPEAT INFRINGEMENT We stop working with anyone who repeatedly supplies material that infringes someone else's copyright.

ARTISTS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS Most of the images on this site were supplied by artists, their agents or photographers we worked with. If your photograph is here and you did not authorise it, we would rather hear from you directly than through a lawyer. Email us and we will take it down the same day and sort out credit or payment if it should have been there.
