DRAFT — NOT YET REVIEWED BY A LAWYER.

THIS WEBSITE We want this site to work for everyone buying a ticket, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

That is a target we work towards, not a claim that every page is perfect. If something on this site stops you buying a ticket or finding information, tell us and we will fix it and get you your ticket in the meantime — by email, by phone, or however works for you.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE Text and controls are sized and coloured for contrast against our dark background. Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus state. Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. The site works at small screen sizes and when zoomed. Nothing important depends on colour alone, on hover, or on a time limit — except the checkout hold, which is announced and which we will extend if you ask.

WHAT WE KNOW IS NOT PERFECT Ticket QR codes are images by nature; the ticket page also shows the code as text so it can be read aloud or typed at the door. Event artwork supplied by artists sometimes carries text inside the image; we describe it in the surrounding copy.

AT OUR EVENTS Access varies by venue, and some of the spaces we use are old industrial buildings. Rather than publish a promise we cannot keep for every room, we will tell you honestly what a specific venue is like before you buy — step-free access, lifts, accessible toilets, seating, the volume and lighting, and whether there is somewhere quieter to go.

Contact us before the event and we will find out and tell you straight. If a venue cannot accommodate you, we would rather refund you than have you turn up and be turned away.

TELLING US SOMETHING IS WRONG Email us. Say what page or what venue, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We treat this as a bug report, not a complaint, and we will tell you when it is fixed.
